Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to read this site, use its forms and call us. Here is what we do and how to tell us when something is in the way.
Our standard
This site is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we aim for 2.2 AA where practical. The same standard applies to every website and web system we build for clients.
What that means here
- Text and background colors meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link.
- Images have text alternatives. Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages.
- Motion is limited to fades and small movements and is turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages use real headings, lists and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.
- We do not use an accessibility overlay widget. We fix the code instead.
Known limits
Third-party services we link to, such as a scheduling calendar, follow their own accessibility practices. If one of them blocks you, contact us directly and we will book you by phone or email.
Tell us about a barrier
Email [email protected] or call (714) 261-1617. Say which page and what happened. We reply within one business day and fix confirmed barriers as a priority.
For restaurant and business owners
Websites of businesses with a physical location in California are a frequent target of accessibility lawsuits, and PDF menus, unlabeled order forms and low-contrast text are the usual reasons. Our free audit includes a count of WCAG 2.1 AA barriers on the pages your customers use most.
