What we collect
When you send a form, call, or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), the kind of help you want, and your message. If you use the Japanese form, we may also collect who introduced you. We do not sell this information.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google sets cookies and receives your IP address, device and browser details and the pages you view; we see aggregate reports, not your name. You can block it with your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out add-on. We do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider also records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to serve the site and detect abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or the free audit.
- To keep a record of our conversations if you become a client.
- To operate and protect the website.
Who else sees it
Categories of third parties that may process your information on our behalf: our website host and content delivery network; our email provider; a form-handling service if one is configured for the contact form; and a scheduling service if you book a call through a calendar link. Each receives only what is needed to provide its service. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Mobile phone numbers and any text-messaging opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages
We do not send automated marketing text messages from this website. If you give us a phone number, we use it to call or text you back about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to end messages.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We answer within ten business days.
Do Not Track
This site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. Google Analytics may collect information about your activity on this site as described above; we do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across other sites through this site.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted on the home page for 30 days.
