Software & Systems

The tool your business actually needs, instead of six apps and a spreadsheet.

Inventory, orders, wholesale accounts, staff schedules or reports on one screen you can read on your phone. Built to fit how you work, in an account you own, with a fixed price and date.

What's included

Custom software & internal tools, in plain terms.

  • Inventory and purchasing that updates itself from sales
  • Order management and wholesale portals for distributors and regulars
  • Dashboards and reports pulled from your POS, store and accounting
  • Admin panels, staff scheduling and internal workflows
  • Web and mobile apps for customers or your team
  • Spreadsheet replacement and data migration from old systems
  • Hosting, security and a named engineer to text after launch

What we build

The tools owners describe on the first call.

Every business runs on a few processes that live in someone’s head, a spreadsheet, or six apps that do not talk to each other. We build the one tool that replaces them.

  • Inventory that keeps itself honest

Stock counts drop when an order is rung up on Square or Toast, purchase orders draft themselves when a line runs low, and waste gets logged from a phone in the walk-in.

  • A wholesale portal for distributors

Your distributors and regular accounts log in, see their prices, reorder in two taps, and the order lands in your system and in QuickBooks. No more orders by text message.

  • One dashboard for the owner

Yesterday’s sales, labor, top items and reviews on one screen, pulled from the POS, the store and the accounting software, readable on a phone before opening.

  • A schedule the team can actually see

Shifts, swaps and time-off requests in one place, with hours flowing to payroll instead of a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every Sunday.

  • Reporting an overseas head office can approve

US sales, retailer sell-through and campaign results in the format the approval process needs, generated monthly, in Japanese, Korean or Spanish alongside English.

How it works

Senior engineering without the agency overhead.

  • Fixed price, fixed date

Scoped after the free audit, quoted in writing, delivered on the date in the quote.

  • Built in your account

The code, the database and the hosting are in your name. Any engineer can pick it up. Nothing is locked to us.

  • Boring, portable stack

A modern web framework, Postgres for data, mainstream hosting. Fast, secure, and easy to maintain for years.

  • Support you can text

A named engineer, business-hours support, and a monthly plan if you want changes on a schedule.

Everything we do

Every software job we take on.

Named the way owners describe them. If yours is not here, describe it on the audit call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people to build it.

How it works

Four steps. About two hours of calls, plus one shoot day or one review round.

  1. Day 0

    Free audit

A 20-minute call, then three written findings about your site, Google profile, menu or social within two business days. No pitch deck.

    Your time: 20 minutes

  2. Week 1

    Plan and fixed quote

We agree what to do first, what it costs and when it goes live. The quote is fixed. If your head office reads Japanese, Korean or Spanish, the plan comes in both languages.

    Your time: 45-minute kickoff

  3. Weeks 2–4

    Shoot or build

The shoot day happens at your place. The website or system is built in the open, with a staging link you can check any time. One review round.

Your time: Shoot day plus one review

  4. Launch

    Go live, then keep going

A one-hour recorded training. Social clients get their first published calendar. Systems clients get a support plan and a named engineer to text.

Your time: 1 hour, then about 30 minutes a month

Questions

Before you call.

How much does it cost?

Every quote is fixed in writing after a free 20-minute audit, so you know the price before any work starts. Retainers run month to month. Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to Meta, TikTok or Google; our fee is a flat number, not a cut of your budget.

Do I own the site, the photos and the data?

Yes, all of it. The domain is registered to you, the code lives in a repository you control, the photos are yours to use anywhere forever, and customer records export any time. If you leave, you keep everything.

Can you build something custom, like inventory, a wholesale portal or an app?

Yes. That is the software lane: inventory and purchasing, order and wholesale portals, scheduling, dashboards, admin panels, and web or mobile apps. Scoped after the free audit, quoted at a fixed price and date, built in an account you own.

Do you only work with restaurants and food brands?

No. Food is where we started and where most of our work is, but every service here works for salons, clinics, gyms, contractors, retail, online stores and professional services. If you have customers to reach and operations to run, we can help.

Start with three findings, not a pitch.
