Software & Systems

A fast site, built to be found in your city, that turns visitors into orders or calls.

Live in about four weeks, loads fast on a phone, works with your existing POS and delivery accounts. Yours to keep: domain, code and content.

What's included

Websites & online stores, in plain terms.

  • Custom design on your real photography, not a template
  • Menus, reservations and commission-free ordering on any POS
  • Bilingual sites in Japanese, Korean or Spanish, set up so Google shows the right language, with copy written by people, not machine translated
  • Shopify or custom online stores, including cross-border setup
  • Google Business Profile and local search set up right at launch (ongoing upkeep is its own service)
  • Takeover from Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or a POS-hosted site

Compare

What the platform sites cost over time.

Platform website builders are fine for some restaurants. Here is what they publish, so you can compare with a site you own outright.

How it works

Four steps. About two hours of calls, plus one shoot day or one review round.

  1. Day 0

    Free audit

A 20-minute call, then three written findings about your site, Google profile, menu or social within two business days. No pitch deck.

    Your time: 20 minutes

  2. Week 1

    Plan and fixed quote

We agree what to do first, what it costs and when it goes live. The quote is fixed. If your head office reads Japanese, Korean or Spanish, the plan comes in both languages.

    Your time: 45-minute kickoff

  3. Weeks 2–4

    Shoot or build

The shoot day happens at your place. The website or system is built in the open, with a staging link you can check any time. One review round.

Your time: Shoot day plus one review

  4. Launch

    Go live, then keep going

A one-hour recorded training. Social clients get their first published calendar. Systems clients get a support plan and a named engineer to text.

Your time: 1 hour, then about 30 minutes a month

Questions

Before you call.

How much does it cost?

Every quote is fixed in writing after a free 20-minute audit, so you know the price before any work starts. Retainers run month to month. Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to Meta, TikTok or Google; our fee is a flat number, not a cut of your budget.

Do I own the site, the photos and the data?

Yes, all of it. The domain is registered to you, the code lives in a repository you control, the photos are yours to use anywhere forever, and customer records export any time. If you leave, you keep everything.

I already have Instagram and a Wix site. Why change anything?

Often you should not change everything. The audit tells you the three things worth fixing first: usually photos, load speed on a phone, and where inquiries go after someone fills in a form.

Can you take over a site or feed someone else built?

Yes. We migrate from Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and POS-hosted sites, and we can pick up an existing Instagram account with your current login and brand rules.

Start with three findings, not a pitch.
