What's included

Photo & video, in plain terms.

  • Menu and dish photography in natural or studio light
  • Packaging and product shots for Amazon, Weee and retailer listings
  • Vertical reels and short clips shot on the stills day
  • Delivery-app crops (DoorDash, Uber Eats) included
  • Three-business-day turnaround on edited images
  • Headshots, team, storefront and interior photography for any local business
  • Use anywhere, forever: menu, web, social, delivery apps, ads

A shoot day

Shoot once. Use it everywhere.

Stills and short video from the same session, because a menu photo, a DoorDash thumbnail and an Instagram reel should all look like the same restaurant.

  1. Before

A 15-minute call to pick dishes or products, the look you want, and where the photos will live (menu, delivery apps, site, social, retailer listings).

  2. Shoot day

Two to seven hours at your place or on a set. Stills first, then vertical clips of the same dishes while they are still perfect.

  3. Within three business days

Edited images in every crop you need, plus the clips, in a shared folder you own. No per-image fees, no license tiers.

Work

Photo & video: what it looks like.

What each project delivers, from the first shoot or build to the files you keep.

How it works

Four steps. About two hours of calls, plus one shoot day or one review round.

  1. Day 0

    Free audit

A 20-minute call, then three written findings about your site, Google profile, menu or social within two business days. No pitch deck.

    Your time: 20 minutes

  2. Week 1

    Plan and fixed quote

We agree what to do first, what it costs and when it goes live. The quote is fixed. If your head office reads Japanese, Korean or Spanish, the plan comes in both languages.

    Your time: 45-minute kickoff

  3. Weeks 2–4

    Shoot or build

The shoot day happens at your place. The website or system is built in the open, with a staging link you can check any time. One review round.

Your time: Shoot day plus one review

  4. Launch

    Go live, then keep going

A one-hour recorded training. Social clients get their first published calendar. Systems clients get a support plan and a named engineer to text.

Your time: 1 hour, then about 30 minutes a month

Questions

Before you call.

How much does it cost?

Every quote is fixed in writing after a free 20-minute audit, so you know the price before any work starts. Retainers run month to month. Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to Meta, TikTok or Google; our fee is a flat number, not a cut of your budget.

Do I own the site, the photos and the data?

Yes, all of it. The domain is registered to you, the code lives in a repository you control, the photos are yours to use anywhere forever, and customer records export any time. If you leave, you keep everything.

How much of my time does it take?

A 20-minute audit call, a 45-minute kickoff, one review round, and a one-hour training at launch. Social clients spend about 30 minutes a month approving the calendar.

Can you take over a site or feed someone else built?

Yes. We migrate from Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and POS-hosted sites, and we can pick up an existing Instagram account with your current login and brand rules.

Start with three findings, not a pitch.

Three written findings about your site, Google profile, menu or social, within two business days. Then you decide.
