Marketing & Content

Show up on Google Maps when someone nearby searches for what you sell.

Your Google Business Profile, reviews, listings and website kept complete and consistent, so Google and the AI assistants that read it have no reason to skip you. The monthly report counts calls, direction requests and orders, not keyword lists, and you keep every login.

What's included

Search & local visibility, in plain terms.

  • Google Business Profile cleanup: right categories, hours, menu link, services, and 20 or more real photos from our shoots
  • Weekly Google posts and photo updates (already included if you are a social media client)
  • A reply to every review, good or bad, within one business day, written in your voice
  • A review-request flow that asks every customer the same way, with no rewards tied to stars, so it passes Google and FTC rules
  • Your name, address, phone and hours made consistent on Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing, and the delivery and reservation apps you use
  • Fixes on your own site by our engineer: menu as real text not a PDF, page titles, speed on a phone, and the structured data Google reads
  • A one-page monthly report on calls, direction requests, menu views, orders and form fills, with a map snapshot for context

The first four checks

What a stranger sees when they search you.

Most local businesses lose the search before the page loads. These four fixes are where the free audit usually starts.

  • Is the menu real text?

A PDF menu is invisible to Google and to screen readers, and it is the first thing California accessibility suits cite. We rebuild it as a page.

  • Do the hours match everywhere?

Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, DoorDash and your site often disagree. Conflicting hours cost you the customer who showed up and the ranking that follows.

  • Are the photos yours?

Profiles with 20 or more real, recent photos get more calls and direction requests. Ours come from the shoots we already do for you.

  • Does every review get an answer?

Unanswered reviews read as an unattended business. We reply within a business day, in your voice, and never with a script.

What to expect, and when

Honest timelines, not promises.

Weeks 1 to 2
Audit and cleanup. We fix the profile, claim or correct listings, and set up review replies and the request flow.
Weeks 2 to 4
Google profile changes usually show in Maps within two to four weeks. Reviews start arriving steadily once the request flow runs.
Months 1 to 2
Site fixes go live. Review counts are measurable at 30 to 60 days. Every review has been answered.
Months 3 to 6
Search and map movement, if it comes, typically shows here. Competition and where you started decide how much. Nobody can promise a position; our job is to remove every reason Google would skip you.
AI search
The same work is what ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers read: complete listings, real reviews, a clear menu, plain answers on your site. We fold it in. We do not sell it as a separate product, because nobody can measure it the way Google search is measured.
Every month
A one-page report and a short call. Month to month, 30 days notice.

How it works

Four steps. About two hours of calls, plus one shoot day or one review round.

  1. Day 0

    Free audit

A 20-minute call, then three written findings about your site, Google profile, menu or social within two business days. No pitch deck.

    Your time: 20 minutes

  2. Week 1

    Plan and fixed quote

We agree what to do first, what it costs and when it goes live. The quote is fixed. If your head office reads Japanese, Korean or Spanish, the plan comes in both languages.

    Your time: 45-minute kickoff

  3. Weeks 2–4

    Shoot or build

The shoot day happens at your place. The website or system is built in the open, with a staging link you can check any time. One review round.

Your time: Shoot day plus one review

  4. Launch

    Go live, then keep going

A one-hour recorded training. Social clients get their first published calendar. Systems clients get a support plan and a named engineer to text.

Your time: 1 hour, then about 30 minutes a month

Questions

Before you call.

Do you guarantee a ranking?

No. No one can, and anyone who does is a red flag. We promise the work and the day it gets done: posts, replies, listings fixed, pages built. We report on calls, directions and orders, and you can see the map position change over time.

Can you remove bad reviews?

No, and we will not try tricks. Google and Yelp decide what stays. What we do is reply to every review within a business day, ask every customer for a review the same way, and fix whatever the bad reviews keep mentioning.

Will this get us into ChatGPT?

It makes you eligible, which is all anyone can do. AI assistants read the same listings, reviews and menus we keep in order. There is no separate trick for AI answers and no tool measures AI visibility reliably yet, so we do not sell it as a separate line.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Month to month with 30 days notice, and a 90-day checkpoint like every retainer. You own the Google profile, Search Console and every listing, and they stay yours if you leave.

Start with three findings, not a pitch.

Three written findings about your site, Google profile, menu or social, within two business days. Then you decide.
