How it works

A free audit, a fixed quote, then a few short calls plus one shoot day or one review.

The plan is built around an owner's week: short calls, one shoot day or one review round, and a monthly check-in you can do from your phone.

How it works

The four steps.

  1. Day 0

    Free audit

A 20-minute call, then three written findings about your site, Google profile, menu or social within two business days. No pitch deck.

    Your time: 20 minutes

  2. Week 1

    Plan and fixed quote

We agree what to do first, what it costs and when it goes live. The quote is fixed. If your head office reads Japanese, Korean or Spanish, the plan comes in both languages.

    Your time: 45-minute kickoff

  3. Weeks 2–4

    Shoot or build

The shoot day happens at your place. The website or system is built in the open, with a staging link you can check any time. One review round.

Your time: Shoot day plus one review

  4. Launch

    Go live, then keep going

A one-hour recorded training. Social clients get their first published calendar. Systems clients get a support plan and a named engineer to text.

Your time: 1 hour, then about 30 minutes a month

Reporting

How we report

Reports are how you know the work is working. Ours fit on one page.

  • A one-page monthly report in plain language: what went out, what it did, what changes next.

  • Written summary after every meeting, in English plus Japanese, Korean or Spanish for overseas head offices.

  • Numbers that matter to you: orders, reservations, calls and inquiries, not impressions.

Ownership

You own everything we make.

Domain, hosting, code, photos, content, analytics, Google Business Profile and ad accounts stay in your name from day one. Month to month. If you leave, you keep the site and the data.

What we will never do

  • Lock you into a 12-month contract or an agency-owned ad account.
  • Guarantee rankings or promise follower counts.
  • Text your customers without documented consent, or buy contact lists.
  • Install an accessibility overlay widget instead of fixing the site.
  • Hide the price until the end of a sales call.
  • Keep your domain, code, photos or data if you decide to leave.

Start with three findings, not a pitch.

Three written findings about your site, Google profile, menu or social, within two business days. Then you decide.
